They enable the installation of sockets in wet and dry washed floors.

There are two finishes available for the box lid: stainless steel and brass. The top surface of the box is covered with a protective film that protects the box from damage during transport and assembly.

Equipped with a manual lock or an Allen key lock. The design protects the cable coming out of the box from damage.

They are suitable for places such as shopping malls, shops, car showrooms, covered patios, balconies, terraces where the durability and reliability of floor boxes is important.

KSE IP66 floor boxes are available in the following versions:

  • empty for 1 module K45 (45x45mm)
  • with electrical socket
  • with electrical socket and RJ45 socket cat. 5e

There are two finishes available for the box lid: stainless steel and brass.

Equipped with a manual lock or an Allen key lock, which is suitable for public utility facilities where access to sockets should be limited only to authorized persons.

The KSE box cover has a special design that protects the cable coming out of the box against damage.

To mount the KSE box in a concrete floor, the base of the box should be embedded in the concrete, taking into account the thickness of the floor finish (e.g. stoneware, parquet). Next, the insert with sockets should be placed in the base and tightened with four screws.

It is possible to connect KSE floor boxes into multiple sets using a dedicated base connector. The connector can only be used for concrete floors.

A version of the KSE floor box base is available, which allows for installation in raised floors (e.g. floors on joists). The base is equipped with a top flange and mounting claws.

The bases for raised floors cannot be combined into sets.

The upper surface of the box is made of stainless steel or brass and is covered with a protective foil that protects the box against damage during transport and assembly work.

Corrosion-resistant Simon KGH floor boxes with a high level of strength IK10

Perfect for offices, conference rooms and public facilities

Discover boxes designed for places where there is a significant load. Its design, material used and its thickness make the KGH series able to cope with high pedestrian traffic in public places, e.g. in hotels, car showrooms and hospitals.

The boxes fit perfectly into the style of the interior. The recess in the cover can be filled with stoneware or panels. After precise leveling with the floor, you will achieve the effect of a hidden and functional element of the installation.

Design for special tasks

We have made sure that KGH boxes will prove themselves in the most demanding conditions. They are not afraid of dust or small objects – protective foam protects the interior. Screw holes in the hardware frames ensure a permanent connection to the box.

A special metal plate separating the hardware components ensures electromagnetic isolation of voice, data and multimedia (VDM) communications.

KGH boxes boast mechanical resistance according to the IK10 class. You can hit it with a 5-kilogram hammer from a height of 40 cm. It will last, maintain its shape and functionality.

Easy installation and maintenance

The rectangular shape of the box makes it easier to cut and lay the floor.

By choosing the KGH box, the user receives a complete set of components for installation. Additionally, we have equipped the box with pre-cut holes for cable entry, which reduces the need for drilling.

Metal components are grounded. We have taken care of safety.

Importantly, the cover can be easily removed, allowing maintenance of connections without dismantling the box.

Functionality above all!

  • The rust-resistant galvanised steel is also heat-resistant (sanitary class), which provides an IK10 impact protection rating – the box can withstand a total load of 1200 kg and a point load of 300 kg in the central part of the cover. This is also ensured by the 3 mm thick reinforcing sheet metal.
  • Possibility of adjusting the mounting depth – 123 mm or 153 mm
  • Simple lines and no external frame make it easy to embed the box in the floor
  • Functional, opening cable gland protects and allows connections, and ensures the convenience of using the metal cover
  • Compliance with standards DIN EN 50085-2, UNEEN IEC 60670-1 oraz UNEEN 60670-23.

Floor boxes dedicated to office buildings

Floor boxes FB series

dedicated for large office objects with “open space” type rooms, where raised (access) floors occur. Their design and functional solutions are specially prepared for this kind of installations.

Floor boxes SF series

Designed for underfloor electrical and telecommunications installations in modern workplaces. They enable easy and quick access to media in places away from walls.

Floor boxes KF series

They enable angular assembly of modules in the K45 standard, thanks to which the floor box is very shallow (65mm). This design allows the installation of all types of plugs and ensures a safe bending radius of telecommunications cables.

Floor boxes of the FB, SF and KF series are designed for installation in raised floors. Four metal mounting brackets (claws) ensure secure installation in the floor.

Guides for mounting brackets ensure they are placed in the correct position during installation.

Floor boxes FB series

The FB series floor boxes are available in versions for 8 or 12 K45 modules. The boxes can be optionally equipped with 2 and 3 additional 22.5x45mm modules. In the FB boxes, it is also possible to mount sockets in the SIMON 500 standard after using dedicated accessory frames for this standard.

FB boxes are available in grey.

Floor boxes SF series

They are available in versions for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 CIMA modules (108x52mm) or for 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 K45 modules (45x45mm) using dedicated CIMA to K45 adapters.

Floor boxes KF series

KF series floor boxes are available in versions for 4, 6 or 8 K45 modules (45x45mm). Additionally, each version has blind fields for 2, 3 and 4 K45 half modules (22.5x45mm).

KF boxes are available in grey.
