Simon 500 surface-mounted and flush-mounted boxes
A range of products that facilitate the distribution of electrical, telecommunications and multimedia installations.
Their main advantage is the ability to create sets of sockets of different types at one electrical-logical point. SIMON 500 surface-mounted and flush-mounted boxes are available in 5 sizes for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 SIMON 500 modules (100×50). After using adapters for K45 modules, it is possible to mount from 2 to 12 modules in size 45x45mm.
There are 3 color versions of the boxes: white, gray graphite and aluminum. The offer includes plastic and metal products.

It is possible to deepen the housing by an additional 25 mm using a deepening element dedicated to 3- and 4-module boxes.
The resulting internal depth of 80mm is useful in higher category structured cabling installations, audio-video installations and for the use of additional automation directly behind the sockets.
3 and 4 module boxes can be equipped with a frame with a cover hiding the sockets. The cover in the closed position allows the cables to be led out from the sockets
The cover can be additionally equipped with a key lock, which makes it possible to protect the sockets against access by unauthorized persons.

Assembly cover
The flush-mounted terminal box has a cover to protect interior of the enclosure during finishing works.
Comfortable mounting
The flush-mounted box has holes in its corners, which make it possible to use it as a pattern for preparing an appropriate mounting hole in a wall.

Adapters for installation ducts
The surface-mounted boxes may be fitted with optional adapters for mini-trunking or tubes to lead the installation to boxes aesthetically.

A dedicated connecting member makes it possible to connect subsequent boxes in sets, in order to increase the number of accessible modules.

Equipments holders
Equipment holders may be combined in sets, which makes it easy to mount individual types of installations and circuits. Dedicated switches for Simon 500 socket outlets facilitate the installation distribution between the socket outlets inside the enclosure.

Enclosures for K45 equipment mounting are designed for creating simple sets of socket outlets, containing one or two K45 flush-mounted or surface-mounted modules
Enclosure deepening
There is a possibility to combine a flush-mounted installation with a surface-mounted one in order to deepen the installation. Surface-mounted terminal boxes may be mounted directly on flush-mounted terminal boxes. Such a solution can be applied in higher category structured cabling installations.
Variants and adapters
Enclosures for K45 modules are available in versions for 1 or 2 K45 (45 x 45 mm) modules. Two enclosure colours are available: white and grey graphite.
Dedicated adapters for installation ducts make it possible to lead the installation to the enclosure aesthetically.
